Robin Masters is a Small Group Personal Trainer For Older Adults in the communities of Richmond, Langley and New Westminster, British Columbia.
She is a Fitness Professional with the British Columbia Recreation & Parks Association (BCRPA) and American Council On Exercise (ACE).
Robin enjoys instructing her age 45+ clients in Osteofit®,
ActivAge™ and FallProof™.
She is also a Senior's Fitness Coach, Orthopaedic Exercise Specialist & an ACE Certified
Educator in Health & Nutrition.
Her work as a BCRPA Provincial Activity Coach with the Choose To Move® Program helps to empower older adults to embrace activity in their everyday lives.
Robin also instructs classes with the Thrive® Program, tailoring exercises for Cancer survivors. She also presents the UBC F.A.M.E. Fitness And Mobility Exercise program, supporting patient recovery following stroke events.
She is a Certified Emergency Medical Responder with the Red Cross and volunteers at events
and festivals in her Steveston community.
Robin's functional & strength building Mobile Studio offers training in home or the beautifull outdoors.
