Happy Holidays!

There is no doubt that the end of the year holiday season can be stressfull. We've got even more things to do and be part of and we are supposed to enjoy it all in the process. It is easy and quite normal to feel overwhelmed, moreover, get run down in the rush of things.

All the more reason it pays to continue to invest in quality time with yourself and the people who always lift your spirits. Our well-being can thrive despite the pressures when we are consistent. So keep with your exercise routine and have a solid base of support from the groups that know you best. Remember, it's our physical stamina that builds us up and gets us through these busy times.

Now whether you burn off steam with a sport you enjoy, drop in on a group fitness class or chill with a quiet mind-body connection, it's important to balance it all. It really isn't much fun to overindulge and pay the price of dissatisfaction later, sometimes sooner than later. Mindfull footsteps protect both your pocketbook and physical health.

Carry snacks on the go to hold you over so you're not too hungry when you get to the social gathering. Set a pace for the spending and the socializing. You'll feel better in the long run.

Enjoying all the season has to offer means being happy with trying a little bit of everything! When we manage it sensibly we feel better, sleep well and stay on top of what should be a cheerfull time. Really, why not have the last laugh? HO! HO! HO!
